In a statement, the Megaworld Corp. subsidiary said it is developing Ocean Garden Villas in its 150-hectare property in the northeast part of Boracay island, after the first condominium, Oceanway Residences, saw brisk sales. Ocean Garden Villas will feature low-rise, six-story villa inspired residential clusters with 225 units, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom resort-type suites. The Philippines’ unprecedented economic growth affirms bright prospects for the real estate sector, as according to property consultancy firm Colliers International Philippines. The government’s thrust toward infrastructure development makes the situation even more viable for homebuyers planning to invest in rising business hubs as the circumstance is expected to drive progress in these areas.
